I've lost or damaged a costume
Please let us know as soon as you become aware so we can resolve this with you.
The sooner we hear, the more options we usually have – sometimes it's a quick fix, sometimes we need to arrange a repair or replacement, and early notice gives us the best chance of doing that smoothly.
When you get in touch, it helps if you can let us know:
- Which costume is affected
- What's happened – lost, or damaged (and how, if you know)
- Whether it's needed again before your booking ends
We know accidents happen, especially with a room full of excited dancers. We're not out to catch you out – we just want to get it resolved with as little stress as possible for you and your dancers.
