A costume doesn't fit
Just let us know and we'll do our best to send out a different size to you.
It happens – sizing can be tricky, especially when you're ordering for a group. If a costume arrives and it doesn't fit, just let us know and we'll do our best to send out a different size.
A few things that help us sort it quickly:
- Let us know as soon as you can – the earlier we hear, the more likely we are to have the right size in stock.
- Tell us the costume name and current size, and the size you think you need.
- If you can, pop the dancer's measurements over too – it helps us get it right first time.
We'll aim to get the replacement out to you quickly (subject to availability), and we'll talk you through returning the original.
