Start and End dates
The start date is when you want to receive the costumes, the end date is when you send them back to us.
You don't need to build shipping time into your dates – unless you're in the Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland, where deliveries can take a little longer.
Most customers hire their costumes for 14 days. A simple way to work this out: pick the date after your last show as your end date, then start your hire 14 days before that.
We'd always recommend having your costumes arrive a few days before you actually need them – it gives you a buffer in case of any unexpected delays, and time to check everything over before the big day.
A note on start dates
Bookings can't start on:
- Weekends
- Bank holidays
- The day after a bank holiday
- Certain dates over Christmas and New Year
