If you have a booking that is paid in full which you then remove costumes from, the value of those costumes will be credited to your Costume Source account.

Adding costumes to your booking
You can add costumes to your booking at any time yourself until we start picking your booking (this is normally a week before your booking starts).

Can I make changes after I book?
You can add costumes to your booking at any time, right up until we begin picking and packing your order. This usually happens about seven days before your booking start date.

Do you send costumes for sizing?
Once you've placed a booking, simply get in touch with us to arrange a sizing delivery.

How do I pay my balance?
If your hire starts more that 30 days from when you book, you can just pay a 10% deposit. The balance becomes payable one month before your booking starts.

Removing costumes from your booking
You can remove costumes from your booking up until 30 days before your booking starts. After this point, we lock in your order to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This helps us manage availability for other customers.
