Still finding my feet

Every new team member starts somewhere. You don't hand someone all the responsibilities on day one – you give them the tasks they're ready for, let them find their rhythm, and watch them grow from there.

That's exactly where I am. I'm focused on the fundamentals right now: finding costumes that suit your needs, based on live availability. And I'm getting better at it every day – I can even add them to your basket if you ask me to.

If something's beyond me, I'll be honest and tell you.

A small piece of history

No one else in the dance world was doing this back in May.

That's changed now. There's a basic copy of me somewhere... we won't name names.

Truth is, this isn't new. We do it first, and somewhere down the line, someone else has a go too. We've stopped being surprised by it, but we'd rather spend our time on the next original idea than watch people play catch up.
