Founder, Managing Director

For Aleksis, business is about solving problems. He has a fantastic ability to make complex things really simple.

He has a background in business, technology and live events and has worked on shows all over the world including the Britt Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, Britain's Got Talent and even the Olympic Games.

Natasha

Director, Customer Success

Natasha ensures that our customers are happy and our key accounts are growing.

When not championing an excellent customer journey, she is busy looking after her two girls or ferrying them to school and dance classes!

Tom

Operations Manager

Tom makes sure everything runs smoothly in our Sparkle Fulfilment Center and that our customers get their costumes on time.

When not working he can often be found walking and flying his drone about, taking incredible aerial photographs.

Alison

Alison has loved the performing arts, singing and dancing from an early age. When she's not working for us, she sings in the resident band at a local holiday park.

Amy

Amy is a qualified dance teacher and has been dancing since she was a child. In her spare time she tries to keep her ever-growing house plant collection alive.

Nora

Nora describes herself as a caffeine addict and perfectionist. She loves books, comedy, travel, astrology and philosophy. She has promised her daughter that one day she is going to make the onions cry.

Olena

Originally from Ukraine, Olena had to leave because of the invasion. She hopes to return home one day, but until then is perfecting her English and enjoying being in Bristol.

Olena

Yes, we have two people called Olena! This Olena is also from Ukraine and has a very similar surname to our other Olena, which makes payroll exciting.

Steve

If Steve isn't with us making sure our customers get their costumes on time, he is 'tinkering' on his VW camper van. Apparently there is always something needing to be done to it...

Anna

Originally from London, Anna moved to Bristol a few years ago as she prefers the more friendly and relaxed atmosphere here. She also loves the local music scene! Pottery is her passion when she isn't replying to customer messages.

Vanessa

When not replying to customer messages, Vanessa can normally be found planning her next holiday in the sun on a beach in the South of France.

Veronika

Coming from a finance background, Veronika has a strong sense of prioritising the needs of others and has a well-rounded understanding of customer care. When not working, she likes to hide in her mini craft studio, making jewellery, body butters or divine-smelling candles.

Ellie

Ellie describes herself as having a passion for the bold and colourful! Not only has she worked in the wardrobe department for many national and international shows, but she is also a respected costume designer. She holds a first class honours degree in Costume Design and Making.

Sandra

Although Sandra had a successful career in education, her heart was always in the arts. Now she has retired from education, she gets to spend her time not only keeping our costumes in top shape, but also enjoying music, film and theatre.
