    Sizing
We stock costumes from lots of different manufacturers, so we standardise our sizing across everything. Check our size guide before you order.
  • event
    Dates
Your Start Date is when you want the costumes to arrive — give a few days before your first rehearsal or performance. Your End Date is when you send them back, usually a day or two after your last show. Our standard hire is 14 days, which fits most schedules comfortably. Need longer? You can extend, and the extra cost is shown at checkout.
  • edit_calendar
    Making changes
You can amend your booking right up until about a week before it starts. If the value drops below what you've paid, the difference is credited to your account. Any balance owing needs to be settled before we ship.
  • label
    Naming costumes
Add a dancer's name to each costume and it gets printed on the bag — great for staying organised, and a handy way to double-check nobody's been missed. It also makes your dancers feel like pros.

    Looking after costumes
    • Keep costumes in their bags when they're not being worn.
    • Store them somewhere clean, dry, and away from extreme heat or cold.
    • Don't send costumes home with dancers — they remain your responsibility for the whole hire.
    • Do not wash anything: we take care of all the cleaning when they come back to us.

Sizing tips

check_circle The most important measurement is the Girth.

check_circle If a dancer is between two sizes, always opt for the larger size.

check_circle Because we stock lots of different styles from lots of different manufacturers, we standardise our sizes to make it easier for you.

Girth
With them standing straight, measure from the top of one shoulder, down the fullest part of their chest, through their legs and back up to the same shoulder.

Bust
With their arms down at their sides, measure the fullest part of their chest.

Waist
Ask them to bend to one side and place the start of the measure at the natural indentation. Once they have straightened up, measure from this point around the waist.

Hips
With their feet together, measure around the fullest part of their hips and bum.

Inseam
With them barefooted, measure the inner leg from their crotch to the floor.
